This call for proposals was developed based on input from VHA National Program Offices, and leaders from Facilities and VISNs on how QUERI can better support rapid implementation of evidence-based practices addressing national priority goals. A key component of the RFA involves multilevel partnerships with VHACO Program Offices, and regional and local settings to implement evidence-based practices that align with VHA performance plan goals. Up to $5.1 million is available for approved Programs over a 5-year period.
The QUERI Program RFA, along with the related supplemental document containing FAQs, is posted on the Office of Research & Development RFA website in the Health Services Research and Development (HSR&D) section.
