NCPS is sharing two FDA Class 2 Device Recall Notifications for CooperVision on behalf of Paragon Vision Sciences:
1) iSeeFargo100
2) Fargo OrthoK Lens
Per the attached FDA notices, Cooper Vision has suspended U.S. distribution of these products. NCPS made three attempts to contact the manufacturer for more information, with no success. Please see the attachments for detailed information.
