The Office of General Counsel (OGC), in collaboration with OAA, has updated the guidance for VA employees serving as site visitors for external accrediting agencies. The updated guidance can be found on the OGC Government Ethics – Donated Travel SharePoint under “Accreditation Site Visits”. VA employees with specific questions or who have concerns about conflict of interest should consider obtaining a personal consultation from OGC Government Ethics.
